Algemeen
1. Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op de “Xenum – Win je gewicht in Xenum oliën en additieven” wedstrijd (de “Wedstrijd”) van Xenum waarvan de maatschappelijke zetel gevestigd is te België, 2830 Willebroek, Bedrijvenpark de Veert 3 – BE 0865.569.503 (hierna “Xenum” genoemd). De wedstrijdvoorwaarden zijn te verkrijgen bij Xenum consumentenservice en zijn tevens te raadplegen op https://contest.xenum.com/ (“Wedstrijdwebsite”).
2. Xenum behoudt zich het recht voor om de Wedstrijd te beëindigen of de regels, prijzen, voorwaarden, bepalingen of informatie naar eigen goeddunken en zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te wijzigen, zonder dat Xenum daardoor op enigerlei wijze tot vergoeding van schade is gehouden jegens de Deelnemers. Wijziging of aanpassing van de wedstrijdvoorwaarden en staking of wijziging van de Wedstrijd zal door Xenum bekend worden gemaakt via de Actiewebsite. De wedstrijdvoorwaarden zullen tijdens de looptijd van de Actie niet ten nadele van de Deelnemers worden gewijzigd.
3. Xenum behoudt zich het recht voor om inzendingen die haar frauduleus of onrechtmatig voorkomen van deelname uit te sluiten. Voorts kan Xenum een deelname opschorten of annuleren in gevallen van verdacht gedrag. Onder ‘verdacht gedrag’ wordt verstaan (niet-limitatieve opsomming): poging tot omzeiling van het wedstrijdreglement, een verveelvoudiging van accounts, een buitengewoon winritme, het opzetten van een geautomatiseerd antwoordensysteem, de verbinding van meerdere personen en verschillende informaticasystemen op basis van dezelfde identificatie/geregistreerd profiel, een poging om toegang te krijgen tot de servers, enz.
Deelname
4. De deelname aan de Wedstrijd is gratis.
5. Medewerkers van Xenum, anderen die direct betrokken zijn bij de organisatie van de Wedstrijd alsook hun familieleden die onder hetzelfde dak wonen, komen niet in aanmerking voor een prijs.
6. Deze Wedstrijd speelt zich enkel af op het grondgebied van de Europese Unie. Deze Wedstrijd staat open voor iedere natuurlijke persoon die woonachtig is in een land van de Europese Unie en beschikt over een vaste woon- of verblijfplaats waar hij of zij als bewoner staat ingeschreven.
7. Elke persoon mag slechts één maal deelnemen aan de wedstrijd.
8. Door deel te nemen aan de Wedstrijd verklaren Deelnemers zich akkoord met de toepasselijkheid van de wedstrijdvoorwaarden zoals in dit document beschreven.
9. De deelname aan deze Wedstrijd is voorbehouden aan personen die meerderjarig zijn (18 jaar of ouder).
10. De Wedstrijd loopt van 30/03/2024 00u00 tot en met 15/04/2024 23u59. Tussen 16/04/2024 en 22/04/2024 worden de winnaars bepaald en bekend gemaakt.
11. Om deel te nemen aan deze Wedstrijd, moeten de Deelnemers:
a. Hun naam, voornaam en een geldig e-mailadres invullen
b. Zowel de wedstrijdvraag als de schiftingsvraag beantwoorden via het formulier op
https://contest.xenum.com/
c. Akkoord gaan met de wedstrijdvoorwaarden omschreven in dit document en dat Xenum hen bij het afsluiten van de wedstrijd via e-mail contacteert.
12. Er wordt 1 winnaar geselecteerd (woonachtig binnen de EU).
13. De winnaar ontvangt zijn/haar gewicht in Xenum oliën en additieven.
14. Op verzoek van een Deelnemer zal Xenum aantonen hoe de aanwijzing van de winnaars heeft plaatsgevonden.
15. De winnaars worden op de hoogte gebracht via mail.
a. Winnaars krijgen uiterlijk 22/04/2024 voor 20u een bericht met melding van hun winst via e-mail.
16. De winnaars zullen verzochtworden hun emailadres beschikbaar te stellen ten behoeve van het versturen van de prijs. De winnaars moeten hun prijs claimen voor 03/05/2020 17u; Voorbij deze data heeft Xenum het recht om het recht van de winnaar op deze prijs te laten vervallen en een nieuwe winnaar in de plaats te kiezen.
17. Er wordt maximum 1 prijs per persoon toegekend.
18. In deze Wedstrijd worden de volgende prijzen toegekend:

19. De prijzen kunnen niet worden omgewisseld noch worden omgezet in speciën of natura.
20. Ingeval van poging tot fraude of vals spelen, heeft Xenum de mogelijkheid om de prijs, die krachtens deze Wedstrijd wordt toegekend, opnieuw in het spel te brengen. De winnaar kan dan geen aanspraak meer maken op enige winst van welk type en welke aard dan ook.
21.Xenum draagt zorg voor de afdrachten betaling van eventueel verschuldigde kansspelbelasting over de waarde van de uit te keren prijs.
Privacy
22. Deelnemers zijn verplicht tot het verschaffen van correcte, actuele en complete informatie. Xenum kan Deelnemers verzoeken bewijs te leveren van hun identiteit, eventueel benodigde toestemming van een ander (bijv. ouders) en geldige inschrijving op het door hun opgegeven woon- of verblijfadres. Deelnemers die onjuiste persoonsgegevens insturen, komen niet in aanmerking voor het winnen van prijzen.
23. De Deelnemers gaan akkoord dat (persoons)gegevens die nodig zijn voor deelname aan deze Wedstrijd worden opgeslagen en verwerkt door Xenum met inachtneming van de privacyverklaring van Xenum, zoals vermeld op de website.
24. De door de Deelnemer in verband met de Wedstrijd aan Xenum verstrekte persoonsgegevens worden opgenomen in een gegevensbestand dat verwerkt zal worden conform de bepalingen van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (verordening (EU 2016/679) betreffende de bescherming van natuurlijke personen in verband met de verwerking van persoonsgegevens en betreffende het vrije verkeer van die gegevens – GDPR). Dit bestand zal door Xenum enkel gebruikt worden in het kader van huidige Wedstrijd. Deelnemers hebben het recht tot inzage, verbetering of schrapping van deze gegevens. Dit recht kan worden uitgeoefend door contact op te nemen met Xenum op info@xenum.be. De Deelnemer die de verwijdering van zijn gegevens vraagt tijdens het verloop van de Wedstrijd aanvaardt dat zijn deelname hierdoor automatisch wordt beëindigd aangezien men zonder registratie niet in de lijst der Deelnemers kan worden opgenomen.
Slotbepalingen
25. Deze Wedstrijd is onderworpen aan het Belgisch recht. Eventuele geschillen voortvloeiende uit de wedstrijdvoorwaarden of de (deelname aan de) Wedstrijd worden exclusief voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter te Brussel.
26. Voor extra informatie, eventuele klachten met betrekking tot de Wedstrijd of vragen over de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens kunt u contact opnemen met de consumentenservice van Xenum:

De consumentenservice behandelt uw vragen en klachten zelf of stuurt deze, indien nodig, door naar de desbetreffende Xenum afdeling. Afhankelijk van de aard van uw vraag/klacht en manier waarop u contact heeft opgenomen met de consumentenservice, krijgt u telefonisch of schriftelijk (of per email) antwoord. U kunt uiterlijk binnen 4 weken reactie ontvangen.
Règlement du concours
Général
1. Ces conditions s’appliquent au concours “Xenum – Gagnez votre poids en huiles et additifs Xenum” (le “Concours”) de Xenum, dont le siège social est situé en Belgique, 2830 Willebroek,
Bedrijvenpark de Veert 3 – BE 0865.569.503 (ci-après dénommé “Xenum”).
Les conditions du concours peuvent être obtenues auprès du service consommateurs de Xenum et sont également consultables sur https://contest.xenum.com/ (“Site du Concours”).
2. Xenum se réserve le droit de terminer le Concours ou de modifier les règles, prix, conditions, dispositions ou informations selon son propre jugement et sans préavis, sans que cela n’oblige Xenum à indemniser les participants de quelque manière que ce soit. Les modifications ou ajustements des conditions du concours et l’arrêt ou la modification du Concours seront annoncés par Xenum via le Site d’Action. Les conditions du concours ne seront pas modifiées au détriment des participants pendant la durée de l’Action.
3. Xenum se réserve le droit d’exclure du Concours les soumissions qui lui semblent frauduleuses ou illégales. De plus, Xenum peut suspendre ou annuler la participation en cas de comportement suspect. Par “comportement suspect”, on entend (liste non exhaustive) : tentative de contournement du règlement du concours, multiplication des comptes, un rythme de victoire anormalement élevé, la mise en place d’un système de réponse automatisé, la connexion de plusieurs personnes et différents systèmes informatiques basés sur la même identification/profil enregistré, une tentative d’accès aux serveurs, etc.
Participation
4. La participation au Concours est gratuite.
5. Les employés de Xenum, les personnes directement impliquées dans l’organisation du Concours ainsi que leurs familles vivant sous le même toit ne sont pas éligibles pour un prix.
6. Ce Concours se déroule uniquement sur le territoire de l’Union Européenne. Ce Concours est ouvert à toute personne physique résidant dans un pays de l’Union Européenne et disposant d’un domicile fixe ou d’une résidence où elle est inscrite comme résidente.
7. Chaque personne ne peut participer qu’une seule fois au concours.
8. En participant au Concours, les participants acceptent l’application des conditions du concours telles que décrites dans ce document.
9. La participation à ce Concours est réservée aux personnes majeures (18 ans ou plus).
10. Le Concours se déroule du 30/03/2024 00h00 au 15/04/2024 23h59. Entre le 16/04/2024 et le 22/04/2024, les gagnants seront déterminés et annoncés.
11. Pour participer à ce Concours, les participants doivent : a. Remplir leur nom, prénom et une adresse e-mail valide b. Répondre à la question du concours et à la question subsidiaire via le formulaire sur
https://contest.xenum.com/ c. Accepter les conditions du concours décrites dans ce document et que Xenum les contacte par e-mail à la fin du concours.
12. Un gagnant sera sélectionné (résidant dans l’UE).
13. Le gagnant recevra son poids en huiles et additifs Xenum.
14. À la demande d’un participant, Xenum démontrera comment les gagnants ont été désignés.
15. Les gagnants seront informés par e-mail. a. Les gagnants recevront au plus tard le 22/04/2024 à 20h un message les informant de leur gain par e-mail.
16. Les gagnants seront invités à fournir leur adresse e-mail pour l’envoi du prix. Les gagnants doivent réclamer leur prix avant le 03/05/2020 à 17h ; Passé cette date, Xenum a le droit de faire expirer le droit du gagnant à ce prix et de choisir un nouveau gagnant.
17. Un maximum de 1 prix par personne est attribué.
18. Dans ce Concours, les prix suivants sont attribués :
Pour le gagnant : son poids en huiles et additifs Xenum.
19. Les prix ne peuvent être échangés ni convertis en espèces ou en nature.
20. En cas de tentative de fraude ou de tricherie, Xenum a la possibilité de remettre en jeu le prix attribué dans le cadre de ce Concours. Le gagnant ne pourra alors plus prétendre à aucun gain de quelque type et nature que ce soit.
21. Xenum prend en charge le paiement des impôts sur les jeux éventuellement dus sur la valeur du prix attribué.
Confidentialité
22. Les participants sont tenus de fournir des informations correctes, actuelles et complètes. Xenum peut demander aux participants de fournir une preuve de leur identité, l’autorisation nécessaire d’une autre personne (par exemple, les parents) et une inscription valide à l’adresse de domicile ou de résidence indiquée. Les participants qui envoient des données personnelles incorrectes ne sont pas éligibles pour gagner des prix.
23. Les participants acceptent que les données (personnelles) nécessaires à la participation à ce Concours soient stockées et traitées par Xenum conformément à la déclaration de confidentialité de Xenum, comme indiqué sur le site web.
24. Les données personnelles fournies par le participant en relation avec le Concours à Xenum seront incluses dans un fichier de données qui sera traité conformément aux dispositions du Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (règlement (UE 2016/679) relatif à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard du traitement des données personnelles et à la libre circulation de ces données – RGPD). Ce fichier sera utilisé par Xenum uniquement dans le cadre du Concours actuel. Les participants ont le droit d’accéder, de corriger ou de supprimer ces données. Ce droit peut être exercé en contactant Xenum à info@xenum.be. Le participant qui demande la suppression de ses données pendant le déroulement du Concours accepte que sa participation soit automatiquement terminée puisqu’une inscription est nécessaire pour être inclus dans la liste des participants.
Dispositions finales
25. Ce Concours est soumis au droit belge. Tout litige découlant des conditions du concours ou de la (participation au) Concours sera soumis exclusivement au juge compétent à Bruxelles.
26. Le service consommateur traitera vos questions et plaintes lui-même ou les transmettra, si nécessaire, au département Xenum concerné. Selon la nature de votre question/plainte et la manière dont vous avez contacté le service consommateur, vous recevrez une réponse par téléphone ou par écrit (ou par e-mail). Vous pouvez recevoir une réponse dans un délai de 4 semaines au maximum.
Contest Rules
General
1. These conditions apply to the “Xenum – Win Your Weight in Xenum Oils and Additives” contest (the “Contest”) by Xenum, with its registered office located in Belgium, 2830 Willebroek, Bedrijvenpark de Veert 3 – BE 0865.569.503 (hereinafter referred to as “Xenum”). The contest conditions can be obtained from Xenum’s consumer service and are also available at https://contest.xenum.com/
2. Xenum reserves the right to end the Contest or to modify the rules, prizes, conditions, arrangements or information according to its own judgment and without notice, without this obligating Xenum to compensate participants in any way. Changes or adjustments to the contest conditions and the discontinuation or modification of the Contest will be announced by Xenum via the Action Site. The contest conditions will not be changed to the detriment of the participants during the Action duration.
3. Xenum reserves the right to exclude submissions that it deems fraudulent or illegal from the Contest. Furthermore, Xenum may suspend or cancel participation in case of suspicious behavior. By “suspicious behavior,” it means (non-exhaustive list): attempt to circumvent the contest rules, multiple account creation, an abnormally high rate of winning, setting up an automated response system, the connection of multiple people and various computer systems based on the same registered identification/profile, an attempt to access the servers, etc.
Participation
4. Participation in the Contest is free.
5. Employees of Xenum, people directly involved in the organization of the Contest as well as their families living under the same roof are not eligible for a prize.
6. This Contest takes place exclusively on the territory of the European Union. The Contest is open to any natural person residing in a European Union country and having a fixed home or residence where they are registered as a resident.
7. Each person can participate in the contest only once.
8. By participating in the Contest, participants accept the application of the contest conditions as described in this document.
9. Participation in this Contest is reserved for adults (18 years or older).
10. The Contest runs from 30/03/2024 00:00 to 15/04/2024 23:59. Between 16/04/2024 and 22/04/2024, the winners will be determined and announced.
11. To participate in this Contest, participants must: a. Fill in their first name, last name, and a valid email address b. Answer the contest question and the subsidiary question via the form on https://contest.xenum.com/ c. Accept the contest conditions described in this document and that Xenum contacts them by email at the end of the contest.
12. A winner will be selected (residing in the EU).
13. The winner will receive their weight in Xenum oils and additives.
14. Upon a participant’s request, Xenum will demonstrate how the winners were designated.
15. Winners will be informed by email. a. Winners will receive a message informing them of their prize by email by no later than 22/04/2024 at 20:00.
16. Winners will be asked to provide their email address for prize delivery. Winners must claim their prize before 03/05/2020 at 17:00; After this date, Xenum has the right to expire the winner’s right to this prize and to select a new winner.
17. A maximum of 1 prize per person is awarded.
18. In this Contest, the following prizes are awarded: For the winner: their weight in Xenum oils and additives.
19. Prizes cannot be exchanged or converted into cash or kind.
20. In the event of an attempt at fraud or cheating, Xenum has the option to re-contest the awarded prize. The winner will then no longer be able to claim any prize of any type and nature whatsoever.
21. Xenum will bear the payment of any taxes on games possibly due on the value of the awarded prize.
Confidentiality
22. Participants are required to provide correct, current, and complete information. Xenum may request participants to provide proof of their identity, the necessary authorization from another person (for example, parents), and a valid registration at the specified home or residence address. Participants submitting incorrect personal data are not eligible to win prizes.
23. Participants agree that the (personal) data necessary for participation in this Contest are stored and processed by Xenum in accordance with Xenum’s privacy statement, as stated on the website.
24. Personal data provided by the participant in connection with the Contest to Xenum will be included in a data file which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data – GDPR). This file will be used by Xenum only in the context of the current Contest. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete these data. This right may be exercised by contacting Xenum at info@xenum.be. A participant who requests the deletion of their data during the Contest agrees that their participation is automatically terminated since registration is necessary to be included in the list of participants.
Final Provisions
25. This Contest is subject to Belgian law. Any dispute arising from the contest conditions or the (participation in the) Contest will be submitted exclusively to the competent judge in Brussels.
26. The consumer service will handle your questions and complaints itself or forward them, if necessary, to the concerned Xenum department. Depending on the nature of your question/complaint and the way you contacted the consumer service, you will receive a response by phone or in writing (or by email). You can expect a response within a maximum of 4 weeks.
